Math Fact Fluency:
Please practice math facts with your child each night. You can play 4-In-A-Row with your child. I have included the game board on the back of the Newsletter. Materials: Game board, 2 paper clips, 2 different game pieces (ex. penny and dime) Directions: 1. Player 1 places paper clips on two hearts and finds the sum (you can put both paper clips on one heart for a double fact); 2. Player 1 then places their game piece on the game board for the correct sum (you can use a coin); 3. Player 2 moves ONE of the paper clips to another heart, finds the sum, and places a marker on the game board; 4. Play continues with each player moving only ONE paper clip; 5. The first player to get 4 in a row wins.
